Eight services that make up a sourcing engagement. Most clients begin with one — a supplier search or a quotation comparison — and add the rest as the requirement moves forward.

Every search begins with your requirement rather than a fixed product list. We work from what you send — a specification, drawing, BOQ line, photograph, sample or target price — and shortlist manufacturers whose capability, category experience and order size fit the brief.

Indian suppliers quote in different formats, terms and levels of detail. We collect the responses, follow up on gaps and present them in one comparable format so the differences you are looking at are real ones.

Before you commit to a supplier, we help establish that the business is what it claims to be. We coordinate business registration and document checks, review production capability against your order, and arrange factory visits or independent third-party inspection where the value or risk justifies it. SilverTrail Global does not issue factory certifications of its own.

Samples are where most sourcing decisions are actually made. We coordinate the sample or prototype request, relay your feedback precisely, and manage the revision cycle until the piece matches the approved reference.

If you already have a supply base, the requirement is often a second option rather than a first. We research alternative Indian manufacturers for price benchmarking, supplier diversification, backup capacity or a new product line, and coordinate the trial order process.

Distance and time zones are where schedules slip. We keep contact with the manufacturer in the working day and language they operate in, follow up on milestones, and tell you early when something is moving off plan.

For buyers working across several categories at once, we act as an extension of the procurement team in India — chasing responses, comparing options, following up on documentation and researching the market behind a specific question.

Not every product is well suited to Indian manufacturing, and it is better to know that early. Send one requirement and we come back with an honest read on category availability, likely manufacturing regions, realistic MOQs and lead times, and whether it is worth taking further.

Suppliers for sanitaryware, faucets, fittings and bathroom accessories, including project quantities for hotel and residential builds.
Door hardware, ironmongery and decorative metal components, quoted against your schedule, finish and material specification.
Linen, towels, bedding and soft furnishings for hospitality operators, quoted to GSM, thread count, size and finish requirements.
Decorative lighting, accessories and interior products, including custom pieces produced to a designer's drawing or reference sample.
Building, finishing and architectural materials for projects, sourced against BOQ line items and technical specification.

Being straight about scope
We are a sourcing and procurement services business. We do not manufacture, and we do not hold stock, warehouses or logistics infrastructure of our own.
We do not certify factories. Where a requirement calls for inspection or audit, we coordinate it with independent agencies and pass their findings to you unaltered.
Depending on how the transaction is structured, the appointed Indian manufacturer or exporter may ship directly to you — we are not automatically the exporter of record on every order, and we will be clear about the structure before anything is committed.
A BOQ line, a drawing, a photograph of a piece you want matched — whatever you have is enough to start. We will tell you what the Indian market can realistically do with it.
