The content of this website is general information about the sourcing and procurement services SilverTrail Global offers. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice for a specific project. Nothing here forms a contract; an engagement begins only when its scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing between us.

Suppliers and supplier performance

SilverTrail Global identifies, screens and coordinates with Indian manufacturers and suppliers. We do not manufacture the products concerned, and identifying or introducing a supplier is not a guarantee of that supplier’s performance, product quality, delivery schedule or commercial conduct.

Where verification, factory visits or third-party inspection are carried out, they reflect what could reasonably be established at that time. We do not issue factory certifications of our own and do not present coordinated checks as certification.

Pricing and specifications

Prices, specifications, minimum order quantities, lead times and availability quoted by suppliers can change, and are subject to confirmation by the supplier at the time of order. Any figures discussed before a formal quotation should be treated as indicative.

Contractual relationships

Depending on how a transaction is structured, the purchase, supply and export contract may be concluded directly between the buyer and the Indian manufacturer or exporter. Responsibility for the goods, payment terms, shipping, insurance, duties and customs clearance rests with the parties to that contract, as agreed between them. SilverTrail Global’s role in any engagement is defined in the written arrangement for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and brand marks on this website belong to SilverTrail Global unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without permission. Drawings, specifications and documents you send to us remain yours; we use them only to work on your requirement, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please use this website and the enquiry form for genuine business enquiries. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may decline or discontinue correspondence at our discretion.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not responsible for the content of any external website linked from here.

Governing law

Use of this website is governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction. This does not affect the terms agreed for a specific engagement, which may provide otherwise.
